All Traffic Control Persons (TCP) have been book 7 trained in house by a qualified and competent worker using the guidelines for training Traffic Control Persons through the Construction Safety Association of Ontario, to meet the Occupational Health and Safety Act Guidelines. Employees meet to do safety talks to prepare for any hazards that may arise. All employees are given written / verbal communications in a language that they will understand.
